I really love this photo, it has a lot of things that work together to make a very appealing image.
I really like the bokeh and lighting, the colours on the background match those on the foreground and are as tender and soft as the model's look.
I really like the backlit hair and the way the models face is lit too. I think you could shift the light balance to the front light a little, so that hairs on the left were a little bit more defined, but this is not a must.
I really cannot think of any other "critique" comments than the light balance, ecause the image as a whole works together greatly and i cannot possibly know is changing some part of is not going to ruin this harmony.
